Manuscript Ship's Log relation to the voyage from San Francisco to Queenstown in Ireland, commencing 18th Feb 1893 and landing in Queenstown (Cobh) on 1st July 1893. Thos journal was written by E Elton, a crew member and it would appear relations with senior crew were strained "threatened to knock off work if steward did not provide sugar for breakfast". Scarce contemporary manuscript of 4 and a half months at sea.
