This fragile copy, lacking some preliminary and final pages, with old repairs etc was a most detailed study of the property owned by the Church of Ireland at disestablishment. This copy belonged to the official valuation office in Ely Place and has copious manuscript notes. Folding colour map showing the existing dioceses and the proposed dioceses. Sold with all faults this is a wonderful Primary Source
